This is his list of preferred artificial sweeteners, in order, based on his research.
Allulose
Stevia and Monk fruit
Erythritol (he considers the best of the sugar alcohols)
Aspartame (He says the amounts given in rodent studies are unrealistic, and the consequences would have been worse if it were sugar)
He is wary of sucralose because of evidence that it crosses the blood/brain barrier.
